Wife inadvertenly deleted a couple of tool bars…how do I get back?

I use to have yahoo search / google search / and a tool bar that, among other things, had the icons such as buzz & bookmarks among several others. As we know, there are sickos out here who like to ruin other people’s computers. My computer has been acting up lately, such as…when I start up-1st yahoo page is blank. I have to minimize then bring back up to get anything, but has multiple tool bars overlapped so I minimize again then bring back up and then get a correct & useable page. When my wife saw these multiple tool bars…she somehow deleted them. We don’t know how to get them back…please help!
Computer is a HP Pavilion dv7-1135nr Entertainment Notebook. Has Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit Edition. Thanks !
